Jeff has been a courtroom litigator for his entire career. He began as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County where he tried dozens of cases from misdemeanors to felonies. He finished his time at that office as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney before moving into private practice. In 2009 he opened his own firm in Bellevue and focused on private criminal defense and family law litigation. By 2014 he was ready to move back into public service. For the next five years he was the public defender for the Cities of Kirkland, Medina, Hunt’s Point and Yarrow Point. He joined FAVROS to expand his litigation practice which now includes representation of health care professionals, hospitals and other medical providers in malpractice actions. Jeff currently also serves as pro tem judge in jurisdictions around the King County area.
