Jeremiah has argued and won dozens of dispositive motions in a variety of cases. He also clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. - Summary judgment dismissal of all claims against client health care provider in case alleging negligent prescription of medication
- Summary judgment dismissal of all claims against client property owner in case alleging plaintiffs were assaulted while on client’s property
- Rule 12(c) dismissal of claims against client nonprofit housing entity in case alleging plaintiff fell through a fire escape in building leased by client
- Rule 12(c) dismissal of all claims against client contractor in case alleging failure to prevent mold growth
- Rule 12(b) dismissal of all claims against client health care provider in case alleging negligent care
Before joining FAVROS, Jeremiah tried 11 jury trials and many more bench trials as a public defender, with most ending in acquittal of all charges.
