Congratulations to Eric Norman, Todd Reichert and the FAVROS Law litigation team, who received a defense verdict in the case of Michel v. UWMC. Plaintiff claimed that during inner ear surgery, a neurotologist negligently drilled into the brain and injured an artery leading to intracranial hemorrhage and stroke. The jury agreed with the defense that the surgeon was not negligent in the performance of the surgery.
