In October 2021, and after a 4-week jury trial, Todd Reichert and Caleb Mathena received a defense verdict before the Honorable Judge Brian McDonald (King County). The plaintiff alleged, among other things, permanent injury as a result of a compartment syndrome that developed at his right hand in the Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit after undergoing triple-bypass cardiac surgery.
