Plaintiff claimed that a radiologist negligently misinterpreted her upper extremity MRI, which caused her injuries. The jury returned a unanimous defense verdict in favor of the radiologist and concluded that the radiologist met the standard of care in his interpretation of the plaintiff’s MRI.
