Congratulations to Tim Ashcraft, Deanna White and the FAVROS Law litigation team, who received a defense verdict in the case of Albright v. Antles.  Plaintiff claimed that a primary care physician negligently prescribed the antibiotic Levaquin to treat a urinary tract infection.  The plaintiff claimed that the Levaquin caused permanent bilateral Achilles tendon injuries.  The jury agreed with the defense, and concluded that the physician did not violate the standard of care and that Levaquin did not cause any injury to the plaintiff.
