J.B. Meade and Ron Leighton obtained specific performance of a breached Asset Purchase Agreement by proving that the Seller of a retail and roasting coffee business conspired with a large retail coffee chain to sell the business at issue to the large retail coffee chain. After three years, FAVROS was successful in restoring our clients’ rights to the coffee business and obtaining delay damages of $1,500,000, as well as a recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs.
