On May 13, 2022, Jennifer Smitrovich and Blair Schneider received an order granting motion for summary judgment and dismissing the case against our client with prejudice. The court found that Plaintiffs’ claims were time barred by the statute of limitations and that minor tolling did not apply to a claim brought by a personal representative. The decision was upheld when the court subsequently denied Plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration.
